Each player gets two down cards.
Deal 4 cards up in the middle. Cards are priced in order: $0.10, $0.20, $0.30, $0.40 starting from first to last dealt.
Starting with the player to the left of the dealer, each player may buy one of the cards in the middle or take a free card from the deck.
Replace purchased cards for the next player, except for last person in round - then replace before next round.
